Thirty-five years, both sides of the table
I have spent thirty-five years in legal services. The first half was inside law firms, working with the pressures that come with live matters, fixed timetables and clients who expect the file to be right. The second half was inside independent support service firms, where I learned how the other side of that relationship actually works: what a supplier can do well, what it cannot, and what it costs to pretend otherwise.
That is the whole reason JDW Legal exists. Firms do not need another introduction to a provider. They need someone who knows the market, knows the strengths of the people in it, and will say plainly which one fits. I sit between the firm and the supplier, and I stay there until the work is delivered.

A short conversation is usually enough to say whether a matter needs a provider at all, and which one.
